NEEDS ANALYSIS, PROFILING AND ADVERTISING
Successful recruitment is based on a solid, quality-assured process as well as knowledge of the client's organization. To obtain this, we begin each process with a client visit where we conduct a thorough needs analysis to get to understand our client’s organization.
After the meeting, we create a requirement profile that is approved by our client. In an open recruitment process an advert will be created and approved by the customer and published on agreed and relevant advertising sites. Although the biggest income of candidates today is achieved through a proactive search the advert still constitutes a good information source about the vacant position and also provides an excellent opportunity to promote our client as an employer.
SELECTION AND INTERVIEWING
Our recruitment process is based on a flexible approach, where we adapt our approach to our client's specific needs and the vacant position. We always conduct a comprehensive search to find our clients the right candidate. This includes a search within both our internal and external networks and within our own broad contact networks that we have built over the years.
Candidates with the right profile are contacted and informed about the position and, if interested, invited for an interview with us. In open recruitment, our search is performed in parallel with advertising where a selection of interesting profiles is done. The majority of the candidates included in our recruitment processes today however constitute the results of our proactive search.
Our ambition is always to find our client the most suitable candidate for the position and to maintain a highly qualitative, open and objective recruitment process. We, therefore, recommend that Starfinder handles all applications and candidates in the process including those that may be contacting the client directly. This is to ensure a fair, objective and qualitative process where all candidates, internal or external, will be experiencing the same process, quality and selection in the recruitment process.
PRESENTATION AND REFERENCES
At Starfinder we will create a profile on potential candidates to present to our clients, we leave it to our clients to decide whether to interview the candidate.
Starfinder will always remain neutral and open-minded and will give our client objective information about the candidates. This includes the candidate's background, our assessment and information about the candidate's conditions and availability.
After our client’s interviews the candidates, Starfinder will follow-up on the interviews with our client to determine the outcome of the interview. If the candidate is successful, we would conduct further references checks on the candidate. We always recommend that an additional and final interview will be conducted between the candidate and the client before any contracts are offered and signed.
